Hey There

Have you been feeling the shift lately? The need to follow your heart even more.

When I first began the art of healing myself and others, I felt a strong desire not to charge. I let the opinion of others' influence my own. I set prices that were low for my field of work. Hoping to still be able to reach as many people as I could. I noticed the price doesn't matter. People still hesitate with the uncertainty of stepping out of their normal, their comfort zones, even when they are excited to do so. I grow more and more comfortable every day with being uncomfortable! That is how I know I am growing, stretching, evolving!

 

I felt the pause in the world this month. I have seen everyone in their own way (consciously or unconsciously) feel this too. Shadows in our life have been coming to the surface to be processed and let go of at great speeds this year. We are being asked to experience the sacred pause right now. To allow ourselves to truly feel, to deeply surrender to ourselves. To revive our true selves. Let our own inner light shine out into the world. Soon we will no longer be able to hide behind the false identities we have created for ourselves. The lies we have been told our whole lives, and the ones we tell ourselves, will no longer hold true. We will no longer be able to ignore the falsehoods in our life. We are all feeling and processing this shift in different ways. Some of us jumped in excited for this change, others fight it with all they have, and everything in between these two extremes. Evolution cannot be stopped. How we allow ourselves to experience this shift in time is our choice. The colors of life are shifting, deepening, expanding. And they will continue to do so as the inner light within each of us spills more of its beauty out into the world.

 

I've decided to let go of many things in my life so I can be the changes I want to see. I'm starting with the influence of money. I see how it has held back so many from following their own path, and I have personally experienced it holding me back in this way. So, for as long as I can, and probably even if I can't, I am going to allow people to pay me whatever they are able. Life is about yin and yang. Giving and receiving. I believe every single living soul on this planet matters and is important. I want to see us all succeed in life. Not just me. We are nature and our connection to this earth has become fragile. This sacred pause is allowing us to adjust, and this starts with accepting ourselves, all layers, and becoming all that we were born to be. Only through changes in ourselves as individuals, can we change the whole. As a whole we can strengthen our connection to our planet.
