Heart to Heart with horses is 2-3 hours and includes multiple guided meditations. Meditations vary between mindfulness and heart-to-heart connections.

No horse or meditation experience is required. Interaction is based off individual comfort levels. Throughout the event, I share the horse's culture through the wisdom and healing offered to each individual based on the horse's interaction.

Everyone signs a waiver and gets a safety talk before going in with the horses. This is about each of you. Re-connecting with your true self. Allowing your body, mind and spirit to re-sync, relax and slowdown. This is very much needed in our fast-paced society. The horses and participants are allowed to be as involved as they want. What happens is always for each participant's best and highest good. The horse's presence alone helps hold space and ground people. Lots of research has been done on this from the HeartMath Institute. This has made a profound difference on me, and all who have come. My horses love sharing their natural wisdom and healing. They have done this work in both Nevada and Idaho.

***Closed-toed shoes are required***

- I cannot let you in with the horses without closed-toe shoes

After appropriate footwear, the most important thing to bring is an Open Mind and an Open Heart!
