Heart to Heart with Horses

I currently work with individuals or small groups, using either my own horse or yours—depending on your needs and comfort level.

I am also available to facilitate larger group meditations upon request at your facility or another suitable location.

What to Expect

Heart to Heart with Horses is a 2–3 hour experience that includes multiple guided meditations. These meditations focus on mindfulness and deep heart-to-heart connections.

No prior experience with horses or meditation is needed. Each session is adapted to your comfort level and the group’s energy. Throughout our time together, I share the wisdom and healing that horses naturally offer through their presence and interaction.

This experience is about you—both individually and collectively. It’s an invitation to reconnect with your true self, allowing your body, mind, and spirit to slow down, re-sync, and find peace.

In our fast-paced world, this kind of grounding is essential. Horses naturally hold space for us to be present; their calm, intuitive nature helps people relax and open up. Research from the HeartMath Institute has shown the powerful effect horses can have on the human heart and nervous system.

Every session unfolds uniquely—always for the highest good of both participants and horses. Their presence alone can bring balance, healing, and profound insight.
