Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES All requests for cancellation or refund must be submitted via email to kloeilindsay@gmail.com ​ SESSIONS & APPOINTMENTS I know that you value your time and also mine, so I have a couple of rules around appointment cancellation. I am however flexible and will always take into account your individual situation before applying any cancellation fees as I understand that life and Spirit are ultimately flexible! Less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation will incur a 50% fee (I will refund the 50% asap if paid upfront) Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a full fee (obviously any emergencies beyond your control will be credited for a future session) No refund if you missed your scheduled appointment. ​ IN-PERSON SESSIONS NO Late arrivals will be allowed to join the events. If you know you will be a few mins late, please contact me ahead of time. For individual session, if you are running late, you will be cutting into your own time. Closed-toe shoes are required to be with the horses.
